Ben Elton – British novelist and comedian of the late 20th–early 21st century, author of “Blind Faith” and “Popcorn”, the latter winning the Evening Standard Award. He co-wrote TV comedies Blackadder and The Young Ones. His novels satirise media, politics, and contemporary culture.
