Pavlo Vyshebaba (b. March 28, 1986, Kramatorsk) is a Ukrainian writer, poet, musician, eco-activist and soldier. Head of the NGO “One Planet,” coordinator of the anti-fur campaign “HutroOFF,” and author of the poetry collection “Don’t Write to Me About War” (2022). He was a participant in the Revolution of Dignity and serves as a unit commander in the 68th Separate Rifle Brigade named after O. Dovbush.

✍ Former journalist: during the Revolution of Dignity he worked in the press center of the Resistance Headquarters, was wounded, and lost vision in one eye. 🌱 Vegan – opened Ukraine’s first vegan café “One Planet” in 2016. 🎶 Founded the “One Planet Orchestra,” where he’s the vocalist and uses his own poems in performances. 🐕 Animal rights activist: launched anti-fur campaigns, petitions, and halted fur farms. 📜 His debut poetry collection came out in 2022, was reprinted three times, and topped sales charts. 💬 Famous quote: “If God exists, he wears the uniform of my generation.” 🎤 Held benefit concerts – raised millions of hryvnia for his unit, funding drones and communication gear. 💛 Switched to speaking Ukrainian when Kramatorsk was occupied – as a symbol of resistance. 📚 His works “To My Daughter” and “Martians” are now part of school curricula. 🤣 Funny: jokes that he writes poetry at the front even more fervently than he fires a weapon. 🎙 In 2024 he read the National Unity Radio Dictation – a voice of cohesion.
